On December 19, 2016, 14 ministries and commissions including the national development and Reform Commission, the Central Propaganda Department, and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the "National Red Tourism classic scenic spot list". There were 300 National Red Tourism classic scenic spots, including 14 in Henan Province, and the former site of "Shilin Conference" was selected. According to the National Red Tourism Work Coordination Group Office provided by the National Red Tourism classic scenic spot logo sample map, mountain city district invited experts to design and make the "logo". On February 14, 2017, the logo square of the former site of "Shilin conference" in Hebi City was completed, covering an area of 16400 square meters. The main building is the "red" sign, which is composed of a red letter deformable body like a ribbon and five five pointed stars. The emblem is 10.1 meters in elevation, 8.1 meters in width, and 45 tons in total weight. Among them, the red letter weighs 7.1 tons. It is the first red tourism classic scenic spot in China to build a logo.
